1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how NeverSolo ("NeverSolo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, protects, and otherwise processes personal information when you use the NeverSolo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

NeverSolo is a social sports and activity platform that helps users discover people to participate in sports and recreational activities with.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and transparently.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

The Platform is operated under the name NeverSolo.

If you have questions about how your personal information is handled or wish to exercise a privacy right, you may contact us using the email address above.

3. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you use NeverSolo, we may collect and process different categories of information.

This may include:

4. Account and Profile Information

When you register for NeverSolo, we may collect information required to create and maintain your account.

This may include your name, phone number, country code, profile photograph, date of birth or other profile information that you choose to provide.

We use this information to create your account, authenticate you, provide Platform functionality, maintain account security, and allow other users to identify you where relevant to the Platform's social and challenge features.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Sports and Skill-Level Information

NeverSolo allows you to select sports or activities that interest you and provide information about your skill level.

This information may be used to help you discover relevant challenges and users and to support challenge participation.

Skill-level information is information provided by the user. NeverSolo does not independently certify or guarantee the accuracy of a user's stated skill level.

Skill-level information may be visible to other users where necessary to support challenge or social functionality.

6. Location Information

NeverSolo may request access to your device's location when you choose to use location-based functionality.

Location information may be used to:

We request the relevant device permission before accessing device location where required by applicable law or your device operating system.

You can deny or withdraw location permission through your device settings. Certain location-based features may not work properly if permission is denied.

Important: Location information displayed through NeverSolo may not always be exact or continuously accurate. Users should independently verify important location information before travelling to or attending a challenge.

7. Contact Sync and Player Discovery

With your permission, NeverSolo syncs contact phone numbers and country codes from your device to help you find people in your contacts who already use NeverSolo and invite them to challenges. We collect and retain this information to provide these features.

Contact access is optional. You can deny or withdraw permission through your device settings and continue using features that do not require contacts. Withdrawing permission stops further contact access but does not automatically delete previously synced information.

You may request deletion of previously synced contact information by emailing neversolo.club@gmail.comsubject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Your synced contact list is not publicly displayed. Only sync contact information where you have the necessary permission or lawful authority to do so.

8. Challenges, Open Participation and Offline Activities

When you create a challenge, we process information such as the sport or activity, title, description, date, time, venue, location, participation conditions, invitation mode, invited users, and related information. When you join, request to join, accept an invitation, or participate, we process participation information and related updates.

Open for All challenges

When a host selects Open for All, any NeverSolo user can discover and join the challenge through the applicable participation process, subject to the challenge's conditions, available places, and Platform restrictions. A personal invitation is not required. Participants may be people the host or other participants do not know.

Challenge details, including the event time, venue or location, host profile, and relevant participation information, may be visible to other users through challenge features. Invitation-only challenges use the applicable invitation and visibility controls. Do not include a private address or other sensitive information unless you intend to share it with the relevant audience.

User responsibilities and incidents at venues

NeverSolo provides a platform for users to connect and coordinate activities. It does not organize, supervise, or control user-created games, challenges, or meetings at grounds, turfs, courts, or other venues. Making a challenge Open for All is not a guarantee of any participant's identity, conduct, skill, reliability, or safety.

Hosts and participants are responsible for their own conduct, verifying arrangements with one another and the venue, following venue rules and applicable law, and deciding whether an activity is suitable for their health and abilities. Joining a challenge does not confirm a venue reservation or a right to enter the venue.

Fighting, threats, harassment, violence, unlawful conduct, and damage to property are not permitted. Users should take reasonable precautions when meeting others, report relevant misconduct to NeverSolo, and contact the venue operator or appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authorities where necessary.

Responsibility for offline incidents: To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeverSolo is not responsible for disputes, fights, harassment, injuries, accidents, theft, property damage, financial disagreements, or other loss caused by users, venue operators, or other third parties during or in connection with an offline activity. These matters are the responsibility of the persons involved. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any statutory rights or obligations applicable to NeverSolo.

If an incident is reported, we may process the report, relevant account and challenge information, communications, and evidence submitted to us to investigate Platform misuse, moderate accounts or content, and respond to lawful requests. Reporting an incident does not make NeverSolo an emergency response service or a guarantor of compensation.

9. Venue Listings, Owner Declarations and External Bookings

Users may add or suggest venues on NeverSolo and select a venue when creating a challenge. You do not need to own a venue to add it. Venue information may include its name, address, map location, photographs, available sports, amenities, external link, and other information submitted by a user.

If you own the venue, you may select the owner option when creating the listing. This records your declaration of ownership. Selecting this option does not, by itself, mean NeverSolo has verified your ownership, authority, or the venue's information. It does not create a partnership, agency relationship, or booking agreement with NeverSolo. Users must provide accurate information and must not falsely claim ownership.

Venue listing details and any displayed creator or owner status may be visible to other users through venue and challenge features. Avoid publishing private personal information or information you are not authorized to share.

No venue tie-ups or in-app bookings: NeverSolo does not have a booking partnership or tie-up with venues merely because they are listed on the Platform. NeverSolo does not own, operate, manage, or control these venues and does not provide in-app venue booking, reservation, rental, admission, or venue-management services.

Adding a venue, selecting it for a challenge, or joining a challenge does not reserve the venue, confirm its availability, or guarantee access. Where a booking or permission is required, the host or participants must arrange it directly with the venue owner or operator outside NeverSolo.

Users must independently confirm availability, opening hours, prices, payments, cancellation and refund terms, access requirements, facilities, rules, and safety conditions. Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or related dispute is between the user and the relevant venue owner, operator, or external booking provider. NeverSolo is not a party to that transaction and does not collect venue booking payments through this feature.

A listing does not indicate that a venue has approved, endorsed, or authorized NeverSolo or a particular challenge. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted listings, ownership declarations, venue availability, or venue conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeverSolo is not responsible for losses arising from third-party venue services or external booking arrangements. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you follow an external venue or booking link, information you provide to that third party is handled under its own privacy policy and terms. You should review them before submitting information or making a booking.

10. Posts, Photos, Comments and Likes

NeverSolo allows users to create and publish posts and may allow other users to interact with those posts through features such as likes and comments.

We may process posts, photographs, videos, comments, likes, and other content that you submit through the Platform.

Content that you publish may be visible to other users depending on the relevant Platform functionality and visibility settings.

You should not publish sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, authentication codes, or other information that you do not want other users to see.

If your uploaded photograph or media contains embedded metadata, such as date, device information, or location information, such metadata may potentially be processed along with the uploaded content.

11. Notifications and Communications

NeverSolo may send notifications relating to your account, challenges, invitations, participation requests, comments, likes, or other Platform activity.

We may use device notification tokens or similar technical information to deliver push notifications to your device.

You can generally control notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving certain timely updates from the Platform.

15. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

Depending on the nature of the information and associated risks, security measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, logging, backups, and other security procedures.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authentication information confidential.

16. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the security of the Platform.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and applicable legal requirements.

When information is no longer required for a lawful purpose, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.

Subject to applicable law and any applicable conditions or limitations, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests in order to protect your account and personal information.

Some rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations under applicable law.

18. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your NeverSolo account and applicable personal information through the account deletion functionality provided in the Platform or by contacting us.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required for a lawful purpose.

Certain information may be retained where necessary or permitted by applicable law, including information required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect Platform security.

Account deletion also covers synced contact records associated with your account, subject to lawful retention exceptions described above. Deleting your account may also affect your ability to access challenges, posts, participation history, or other Platform features associated with your account.

19. Children's Privacy

NeverSolo is not intended to be used by children where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent before collecting or processing a child's personal information, the required consent must be obtained.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to NeverSolo without the required authorization, please contact us using the details provided below.

20. Data Storage and Transfers

Your information may be stored or processed using service providers and infrastructure located in India or other countries, depending on the technology and services used to operate NeverSolo.

Where personal information is transferred, stored, or processed outside your location, we will take reasonable steps to handle such information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that technical processing may involve service providers operating in locations different from your place of residence.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to NeverSolo, our services, technology, data-processing practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain any required consent.

The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently updated.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how your information is handled.
